Shipping & Returns

You may return products that are purchased directly from PaylessJanitorial.Net for a credit or refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping, handling and applicable restocking fees. Any return must be within the applicable return policy period and conform to additional requirements as set forth below. If you fail to return a product within the return period, then the product is considered accepted and not returnable.

Please be aware that credits issued for returns are for product credit only, unless the return is the result of our error.  Additionally, we will only provide a call tag (a return freight label) if the return is the result of our error.  It is the responsibility of the Customer to pay freight back to our returns facility if the return is not the result of our error.  Moreover, if the return is discretionary, as described above, we will not issue a credit for the outbound freight (the actual freight cost to ship the item to you, even if the item was sold as "free freight" or "free shipping").

Manufacturer and Publisher Policies

Most products sold by PaylessJanitorial.Net are subject to a manufacturers' warranty. Please refer to the manufacturer or publisher's website or contact them directly for further assistance. If a situation extends beyond the manufacturer or publisher's service center’s ability to resolve your issue, please contact PaylessJanitorial.Net's Web Desk for further guidance and assistance. Generally, products re-sold by PaylessJanitorial.Net are subject to the manufacturers' or publishers' warranty that may change based on their requirements. In general, a product that is no longer under warranty is not eligible for return.

Some manufacturers and publishers, however, disallow returns. Consumables, once opened, are not subject to return. Filters or other parts similar which cannot be resold once opened may not be returned, unless they are in their original and unopened package. Tape, opened chemicals, open box respirators, undamaged tarps are examples of products that may not be returned.  Request for returns of these products may be denied at our sole discretion.

Damaged Products

Any product or shipment received in damaged condition should be refused upon delivery attempt by the carrier. Refuse all damaged products upon original delivery attempt. If damaged products are accepted from the carrier, then please note the damage on the carrier delivery record. Save the product and the original box and packaging. Contact the Web Desk or your account executive within 5 days after receipt of shipment to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick-up of damaged products. Timely receipt of this information is necessary for PaylessJanitorial.Net to file a damage claim with the freight carrier.

Order Discrepancies

Please contact the Web Desk within 5 days after receipt of shipment for all order discrepancies (shortages, mislabeled product or overages).

Defective/Dead on Arrival (DOA)

Please report all defective and/or DOAs to Customer Care within 5 days after receipt of shipment. Some manufacturers and publishers require DOAs to be handled directly with the manufacturer and in those cases PaylessJanitorial.Net will provide the contact information to facilitate a return. All DOA returns must be 100% complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing material, have original UPC codes or serial numbers on the manufacturers packaging, contain all blank warranty cards, accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer. Incomplete DOA returns will be subject to a minimum 50% restocking fee.

Unless you have a separate written agreement with PaylessJanitorial.Net, all parts and accessories may be returned if the packaging is unopened and still in its sealed package and returned within thirty days - 30 days (if permitted by the manufacturer's return policy) from the date on the packing slip or invoice, whichever is sooner.

Special order items

Items for which manufacturers will not accept returns

Custom configurations

Open units, units which require re-boxing

Units in an unsuitable resale condition

Closeout, remanufactured and refurbished products

Consumables, including opened chemicals and solvents, filters, and respiratory or other personal protective equipment.

Return Process & Restocking Fees

All returns must have an Return Material Authorization (RMA) number issued bu our Web Desk.

There are no exceptions to this rule.

If the return meets the manufacturer or publisher's guidelines, you can obtain a RMA number by contacting PaylessJanitorial.Net below:

Email PaylessJanitorial.Net at Info@PaylessJanitorial.Net and enter the words "RMA REQUEST" in the subject line.  Please include: Customer name, invoice number, the nature of the problem and whether the packaging has been opened or is manufacturer sealed.

You can request an RMA through the Contact Us page on our website.  Include the information listed above in the Comments section.


A restocking fee may be deducted from the amount paid for an item based upon manufacturer and distributor policies. If a restocking fee is applied to a return, it will not exceed 18% even if the manufacturer policy exceeds an 18% restock fee. A restocking fee will not be applied to a transaction if the return is the result of our error.

A fee of 15% will be applied to any return request for an order that is placed on our site with an incorrect address that requires a return or re-routing. In addition to this fee, any fees assessed by the carrier are the responsibility of the customer.

If a return is the result of our error, we will pay the freight fees to the return facility. If the return is not the result of our error, then the customer is responsible for the return freight and will not receive a purchase credit until receipt of the return is acknowledged. Please use a reliable carrier that provides tracking when returning a product at your expense.

Once the RMA is issued, please note the following:


RMA numbers issued by PaylessJanitorial.Net are good for 10 business days only and product must be received by PaylessJanitorial.Net within that time.

RMA numbers cannot be extended or re-issued.

Clearly mark each address label of each package being returned with the RMA number. DO NOT WRITE ON THE MANUFACTURERS BOX. PaylessJanitorial.Net strongly recommends using a reputable shipping carrier capable of providing proof of delivery, as well as properly packing and fully insuring return shipments.

All returns MUST be 100% complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing material, and must contain all blank warranty cards, accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer. Incomplete returns may be returned to sender or subject to a minimum 18% restocking fee.


All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt.  No credit will be issued unless the return is received in the condition described on the RMA or in correspondence received by the Customer.  Customer is urged to adequately pack the return so it is not damaged in transit.

Any credit for the return of equipment, which upon inspection demonstrates regular wear and tear, will be denied.
